Islamic mysticism, called Tasawaf is performance based, not rhetoric-oriented. Tasawaf, being in conformity with the essence of all religions, alone is able to bring a renaissance in the horizon of peace.
Based on Tasawaf The Ahsania Sufi path is a pragmatic way for the development of soul. Based on the teachings of Islam as a code for peace through love, Ahsania Tariqah (Sufi path) puts love at the center of everything.
Ahsania Tariqah combines two key dimensions in Islam: Shariat and Tariqat – esoteric and exoteric. Shariat means esoteric rites, rituals and physical practices. Tariqat gives total emphasis on the connectivity of the practices with heart, drawing on full devotion from the soul.
In the Sufi philosophy of Khanbahadur Ahsanullah (r), Tawasaf is not against Shariat. Activities will have to be conducted according to the rules of Islam, but the fundamental spirit for which those rules are formulated will have be to taken into account and accordingly both mental faculties and related works will have to be regulated.
